Annual General Meeting - Pima County Junior Soccer League
Tuesday, March 11th at 6:00 PM at the
AKS Kickin It Clubhouse on the east side of Brandi Fenton Park
The following positions are up for election this year:
President (2 year term) *1 year remaining
Vice President (2 year term)
Treasurer (2 year term)
Registrar (2 year term)
Referee Commissioner (1 year term)
Director of Coaching (1 year term)
Fields Commissioner (1 year term)
Communications Commissioner (1 year term)
Special Projects Commissioner (1 year term)
The job duties for each position are located on PCJSL's website in the by-laws.

Proposed Bylaw changes:
By-Law proposal #I) Article IX, D) All member Clubs, have at minimum one of their members attend PCJSL Board meetings. Clubs that miss 2 meetings in a row or more than 4 in a year, AGM to AGM, would be subject to disciplinary action and possible fine and or dismissal from PCJSL.
By-Law proposal #II) Article IX, E) All Member Clubs will submit at minimum one of their members to run for a PCJSL Board member position at the AGM. If not elected this person will be available for one year to serve as needed on PCJSL committees.
By-Law proposal #III) Article IX, F) All member Clubs will supply at minimum one volunteer for each PCJSL game day. These persons will be used as site managers, field marshals, game monitors, and in other uses, as needed to improve the quality of the PCJSL playing experience. Clubs that do not supply volunteers will be assessed a fee of $100, per requirement not met, these funds to be used to hire help as needed.

C. Any bylaw amendments will be delivered to each member of the Board of Directors and to each President of all member clubs in writing or by confirmed email at least 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
Article XI B
B. All proposed Amendments to the Bylaws of this Association must be submitted in writing to the League Secretary 45 days prior to the AGM and will be made available to all association members at least thirty days prior to the AGM.
